From a single room to a completely cleared flat. Interior fit-out, demolition and modernisation in Leipzig and surroundings — agreed before work begins.
Making rooms that have aged usable again — from a single room to a completely cleared flat.
The work is discussed in advance and carried out in the order that causes the least effort in the end. If something is outside my field, I say so openly and name who you need for it.
It is best to send a few photos of the current condition. That clears up a lot already on the phone.
Re-dividing rooms, creating surfaces, installing components.
Everything out that has to go — sorted, not haphazard.
Making what has aged usable again.

So you can judge whether your project fits. The figures are experience values, not a quote.
Old floors out, walls repaired, rooms ready for handover.
Usually two to three weeks, depending on size.
Changing the layout without touching the load-bearing structure.
Usually a few days. For load-bearing walls, a structural engineer first.
Everything out that has to go — before the specialist firms arrive.
The step that otherwise holds up other trades.
Five steps, in this order. After step three you know what it costs.
You describe what it is about. Photos of the current condition help a lot — much can be clarified on the phone.
Looking, measuring, asking questions. It usually also becomes clear what does not need to be done.
In writing, with individual items. You see what applies to what and can strike single items.
On an agreed date. If something changes along the way, you hear about it before it is done — not on the invoice.
Going through it together. What is not right is corrected before invoicing.
Electrical installation, gas, water and heating belong in the hands of a licensed specialist firm. The same applies to work on load-bearing parts and anything that needs a structural engineer.
We say so beforehand, not when the wall is already open. If you do not know a suitable firm, we name one — and coordinate dates so that nobody waits for the others.
Honestly, that can only be said after the site visit. On the phone we can name a rough range if you know the area and the work you want — and we tell you what it depends on.
For single rooms, usually yes. For demolition and strip-out, rather not, because dust and noise cannot be sensibly contained. We discuss this beforehand so you can plan.
We do. Sorting, removing and disposing of it properly is included and appears as a separate item in the quote so you can see what it costs.
Yes. A door leaf, a wall, a room — nobody has to commission a whole renovation for that.
Then you get a call before work continues. Additional costs are discussed, not invoiced afterwards.
The more precise the details, the more reliable the first cost estimate. Leave out what you do not know — we clarify that on site.
